AireCell Extrusions

The AireCell extrusion line consists of over forty PVC and aluminum extrusions specifically designed for cleanroom construction. Extrusions designed to hold egg crate return grilles, louvers, glass, perforated metal, HEPA filters and wall panels are just some of the specific uses of this line of extrusions. Gerbig Engineering designs and owns its own dies for these extrusions. We buy these aluminum parts direct from the extruder and stock large quantities for use in our cleanroom products.

The key to using AireCell extrusions is the lock used for all joints. This patented lock makes joining aluminum easy with only an Allen wrench required. The pull out strength for the lock is about 1400 lbs.
