AireCell Modular Cleanrooms - Framing

Reveal Mount Wall Framing System:
All AireCell extrusions attach to one another with only Allen wrenches. Panels are fit between vertical frame members. Panel may be offset or centered in the frame member. Flexible panels are secured using a retainer gasket. Rigid panels such as glass are secured using a two part glazing gasket. A PVC groove filler may be installed in unused grooves to create a smooth cleanable surface. (see figures 1-4)

Flush Mount Wall Framing Systems:
Panels are secured to the inside or outside of frame members using special extruded strips. Panels may be mounted on one side or both sides depending on preference. (see figures 5-7) Each vertical member has an adjustable leveler to compensate for uneven floors. Base molding may be added to seal off the room. (see figure 8)
