Job description

Gerbig Cleanrooms is currently seeking skilled carpentry tradesmen to fabricate in-house and install modular cleanrooms on job sites, who are: motivated, capable, and who understand the value of quality work.

Our office/shop is in the Twin Cities south metro.  Some national travel is required.

Normal Hours are 7:00am until 3:30pm Monday through Friday.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have strong Carpentry Skills
• Ability to travel.
• MUST KNOW HOW TO READ TAPE MEASURE
• Reliable vehicle
• Cell phone
• Professional appearance
• Good social/speaking skills (you will interact with clients)
• Valid driver’s license
• Work boots/shoes
• Must pass 4 panel drug screen and background check.
• Must have the ability to lift over 60 pounds and stand for an entire shift.
• Experience in the use of forklifts & scissor lifts. (In-House Certifications Available)
• Ability to read and interpret information from Blueprints.
• Advanced experience in the use of standard power & hand tools.
• 1+ year’s general carpentry, construction or industrial installation experience.

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: From $22-25 per hour

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Power tools: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

25% (Required) travel with expenses are paid by company.
