The AireCell Modular Cleanroom System Makes Cleanrooms Easy

Gerbig Cleanrooms developed the AireCell Modular Cleanroom System to make cleanrooms quick to assemble, easy to re-configure and reliable. The basis of the system is the aluminum extrusions with expansion lock joinery that allows for maximum adaptability — no need for complicated connectors!

The AireCell System is ideal for integration into existing cleanrooms.

Our extrusions are a convenient way to modify or reconfigure existing cleanrooms or to convert existing rooms into cleanrooms. New walls or rooms can be added or change clean classifications without risk of contamination from traditional building materials or having to endure long shutdowns.
